Antoon Dierick
Antoon Dierick heads Ace Law’s commercial & innovation practice group. He advises clients, ranging from SMEs to large corporates, on a broad range of commercial and innovation-related matters, with particular experience advising clients active in the technology, entertainment, energy and retail sectors.
Antoon has over fifteen years of experience advising Belgian and international clients. Prior to joining Ace Law, he practised as a (senior) lawyer at an international law firm and served as Chief Legal Officer of an international IT company, where he advised its board of directors and management on legal and strategic matters.
Antoon regularly speaks at seminars on legal developments relating to innovation and technology. He has also contributed to legal publications on a broad range of topics, including data protection, technology law, gambling law and commercial law, and is a co-editor of the IT, IP and Technology section of a Belgian legal journal.
Antoon holds a law degree from Ghent University (2008) and an additional Master in Company Law from the same university (2009).
