Charles Haverbeke
Charles Haverbeke is a member of Ace Law's corporate M&A and VC practice. He advises funds and established private equity and venture capital players on corporate transactions, corporate reorganizations and financings.
Prior to joining Ace Law, Charles was an associate at an international law firm, where he advised on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
Charles works in Dutch, French, English and German. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (2020) and a Master of Laws (2022) from KU Leuven, and completed an Erasmus exchange at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (2021).
