Cody Demuytere
Cody Demuytere is a member of Ace Law's corporate M&A and fund structuring team. He advises private equity firms, fund managers, investors and companies throughout the life cycle of an investment fund, from fund formation to investments, exits and secondary transactions. He also advises on regulatory matters relating to alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining Ace Law, Cody was an associate at an independent law firm in Brussels. He was previously seconded as legal counsel to a private equity fund.
Cody writes and publishes on legal developments in his field. He holds a Master of Laws from Ghent University (2019).
