Didier Roemers
Didier Roemers is a founding partner of Ace Law and heads its M&A and private equity practice. He advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle, from the financial sponsor's entry, through the buy-and-build and integration phase, to exit.
Didier also advises private equity funds and their managers on fund set-up, fundraising and other fund-related matters.
Didier holds a Law degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2008), an LL.M. from the University of Edinburgh (2009), a Master in Corporate Law from the Free University of Brussels (VUB) (2010) and a Postgraduate degree in Corporate Finance from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (2012).
Before founding Ace Law in 2020, he worked at an international law firm and at a boutique law firm in Antwerp.
