Mattijs Troch
Matthijs Troch is a member of Ace Law's private equity and funds practice. He mainly advises private equity funds on platform transactions, guiding clients from initial platform acquisition through buy-and-build strategies, ongoing platform management and exit. Matthijs also advises fund sponsors on the initial set-up and structuring of their funds.
Matthijs further maintains a broader corporate focus, advising Belgian and international clients - from scale-ups and SMEs to large international groups - on M&A, general corporate matters and corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining Ace Law in 2024, Matthijs worked at a Belgian law firm.
Matthijs has (co-)written several publications in the field of corporate law. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp (2020).
