Nils Vermeulen
Nils Vermeulen is a partner at Ace Law and a member of its M&A and private equity practice. He advises private equity firms, corporates and management teams on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including private equity-backed acquisitions, investments and exits.
Prior to joining Ace Law, Nils worked at a Benelux law firm and a magic circle firm.
Nils holds a Master of Law from KU Leuven (2013), an LLM from the University of Cambridge (2014) and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from KU Leuven (2019).
