Rabauke Kenis
Rabauke Kenis is a member of Ace Law's corporate M&A and private equity practice group. He represents investment funds and corporations on M&A transactions, and in particular on private equity transactions.
Rabauke also maintains an active general corporate practice, advising clients on venture capital, equity incentive arrangements and a range of other transactional matters.
Prior to joining Ace Law in 2023, he worked at a top-tier Belgian law firm.
Rabauke holds a Master of Law from the Free University of Brussels (2019), and a Master in complementary studies in economics from the University of Ghent (2021).
