Reinart Vos
Reinart Vos heads Ace Law's venture capital practice. He represents venture capital funds, private equity firms, and companies at every stage, from seed and early-stage financings through growth rounds and exit.
Reinart also maintains an active general corporate practice, advising clients on private M&A, equity incentive arrangements and a range of other transactional matters.
Prior to joining Ace Law, Reinart was a partner at a boutique law firm in Antwerp.
Reinart writes and publishes regularly on legal developments in his field. He holds a Master of Law from the University of Antwerp (2013) and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) (2014), and completed both the Summer Law School Corporate Law Program (2012) and the Private Equity Program at the University of Oxford (2022).
