Willem Peeters
Willem Peeters is a member of Ace Law's corporate M&A and private equity practice group.
Willem is a transactional lawyer who assists clients with their domestic and cross-border M&A deals and investments with a particular focus on private equity. Willem assists clients throughout the entire transaction cycle, from structuring and due diligence to negotiation, signing and closing.
Willem holds a master's degree in law (University of Antwerp, 2022) and was enrolled in the corporate finance law programme at the London School of Economics (UK). Willem kick-started its career at Ace and joined the team early on in 2022.
