Ysabelle Vuillard
Ysabelle Vuillard is an experienced corporate finance lawyer. She advises on (cross-border) M&A transactions and on corporate general law matters. She also acts on regulatory aspects of activities of credit institutions, investment firms, investment management and funds activities (whether UCITS or AIFs and their managers, including AIFMs).
Prior to joining Ace Law, Ysabelle spent 13 years as counsel and senior associate at the Brussels office of a major US firm in Brussels and 8 years as a junior associate in a leading independent international law firm.
Ysabelle holds a Master of Law from the Free University of Brussels (ULB) (1996), and a postgraduate degree in Economic Law from the Free University of Brussels (VUB) (1996), and completed the Summer Law School Program at the Madison University (1996).
